WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Our typical turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days once the order has been processed.

WHAT IF I WANT A DIFFERENT COLOR OR DESIGN?

We’ll be happy to develop custom colors and artwork to make your pair Mangrove Monkey Custom Boardshorts truly unique. Add another 10 to 14 days to the typical turnaround time of 7 to 10 days for custom fabric colors and artwork orders. On custom fabric orders we break your invoice up into two payments. The first for the fabric itself and the second for the cut and sew once the fabric has been received.

WHAT TYPE OF FABRIC ARE MY BOARDSHORTS MADE OF?

Microfiber. It is a lightweight, durable and quick-dry nylon compound.

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY WAIST SIZE?

For the best results wrap a tape measure around the point on your hips were you want the shorts to hang.

WHAT IF I NEED ALTERATIONS FOR MY SHORT?

We can do that. You send ‘em back and we’ll take care of it at no additional charge if we didn’t meet your original specification.

WHAT IF I WANT A CASH RETURN ON MY SHORTS?

Yes as long as the shorts are undamaged or altered, but because we’ve cut the fabric to a certain specification it is subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.
