Q: Where do I get started customizing my boardshorts?
A: In the Mangrove Monkey Design Center. You may also reach us through the Mangrove Monkey Contact Form . Your boardshorts can also be customized over the phone, but you should be able to refer to the Boardshort Style Sheets during the call.

Q: Can you help me design my own short?

A: Yes. We offer pattern making services.

Styles

Q: Am I able to make any alterations to your existing Mangrove Monkey Styles?
A: Yes. We have flexibility with the following features: Outseam Lengths, Drawstring Closures, Snap Closures, Piping and Pockets.

Q: Where do I specify my alterations or make any additional requests?
A: Through the Mangrove Monkey Contact Form or in the “Additional Comments” section at checkout after customizing your short in the Mangrove Monkey Design Center.

Fabrics

Q: Do you provide fabric options?
A: Yes. There are several options in the Mangrove Monkey Design Center from which to choose.

Q: Am I able to provide the fabric for my short?
A: Yes. Simply select the “I’ll Provide My Own Fabric” swatch when assigning your style features in the Mangrove Monkey Design Center.

Privacy

Q: Will my information be sold, my patronage or identity revealed?
A: No! We pride ourselves on the trust we have built with all of our clientele.

Turnaround Times

Q: When can I expect delivery of my shorts?
A: 10 to 12 Working Days

Returns/Exchanges

Q: What is your Return and Exchanges policy?
A: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
